From Hay Merchant and Underbelly alums comes Shoot The Moon: a new self-serve bar concept and tasting tavern with a focus on Chef-driven cuisine. Shoot The Moon's self-serve bar has 80 different taps of beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits, such as bourbon, vodka, and a selection of high-end American whiskeys. Chef Dax McAnear brings his years of innovative, fine dining experience to Shoot The Moon’s laid-back neighborhood kitchen. The entire menu employs from-scratch techniques to an affordable, yet deliciously balanced menu.
